Questions buyers actually ask
Straight answers, including the ones where the honest answer is "it depends" or "not yet". If a question is missing, ask it — we will add it.

No. Any consumer brand the company owns is sold in the Chinese domestic market only, and we do not appoint distributors for it in Southeast Asia. Your brand is the only name on the drum. We confirm this in writing in the OEM agreement, because it is the single most common reason a private-label relationship fails in year two.
It depends on the grade and the pack size, so we quote it rather than publish a number that would be wrong for half our range. Tell us the SKU list and the pack, and the quotation will state the MOQ for exactly that combination. LCL is possible for a first trial order.
Confirmed with the quotation, because it depends on whether the grade is in stock, whether base oil for it is on the tank, and how long the artwork approval takes. Production is scheduled after you sign the TDS and the label proof — that sign-off is usually the longest part of the timeline, not the blending.
Yes. We blend a bench sample to the target specification and send it with its data sheet so your own lab can test it against the incumbent product. Sample cost and whether it is credited against the first order are stated in the quotation.
We hold both. Denison HF-0 / HF-1 / HF-2, approval No. 47011, covers our ashless L-HM hydraulic oil in ISO VG 32, 46 and 68. FLENDER dossier BS-08-2217 covers our PAO gear oil series in ISO VG 220–680. Ask for the letter with the quotation — an approval is issued for named products, so check that the grade you are buying is the grade that was approved.
Ask for the current certificate set with your RFQ and we will send the latest issue with its validity dates and renewal status printed on it. Our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certificates state a scope of filling (sub-assembly) of lubricating oil — that is the exact wording on the document, and we do not describe it as a manufacturing-system certificate.
There is a real difference between an API licence — which has a number and appears in the API directory — and a formulation built to meet an API performance level. Both exist in the market and both are legal; what is not legal is printing the API mark without a licence. We state which applies to each grade in the quotation, so you know what your label can carry.
We hold import and export rights and we are actively building distribution in Southeast Asia. We will be straight with you about what we have shipped and where, rather than produce a map with pins on it. For a first order, the practical question is whether we can supply the documents your customs broker needs — and the answer to that is yes.
Qingdao, which is the natural outlet for Shandong. CIF to your destination port and FOB Qingdao are both quoted; tell us which you prefer and we will price the same goods both ways for comparison.
Yes. You supply the artwork file and we proof it before the run — including the language version, the warnings block and the SDS pictograms. One caution: check the labelling rules of the destination country before the artwork is finalised, because reprinting drums is expensive and the rules differ between Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand.
Yes — that is the third level of our OEM service. You bring an approval number, a competitor sample or a performance target; we develop, bench-test and validate it, then hold the formula exclusively for you. Expect this to take longer and cost more than filling an existing grade, and expect us to tell you if the target is not realistic at your price point.
Business licence, ISO certificate set, Denison and FLENDER approval letters, SGS report, MA marks for mining fluids, batch COA template, English SDS, and the product data sheet. We assemble them into one file once we know what the tender asks for.
Twelve metalworking fluids and a lithium-complex grease with a 316 °C dropping point are in regular production, and antifreeze is within the plant's product scope. They are usually added to a lubricant container as range fillers rather than ordered on their own.
Per order, and stated on the proforma invoice before production starts. We do not publish terms on a website because they depend on whether it is a first order, a repeat order, and the Incoterm.
Send it. We answer technical questions before commercial ones — it saves everybody a round of emails.
