OEM & ODM lubricant manufacturing

We do not sell a consumer brand in your market. Your name goes on the drum, your specification goes into the blend, and your paperwork comes out of our office.

The commercial model

What "private label" actually means here

Three levels of involvement. Most customers start at level one and move up once the volume is there.

  • Level 1 — Fill your label. You choose from our existing formulations; we blend, fill, label and document. Fastest route, lowest cost of entry.
  • Level 2 — Adjust the formulation. Different viscosity, different base oil group, higher TBN, different additive treat rate — to hit a price point or a specification your market demands.
  • Level 3 — Develop from a target. You bring an approval number, a competitor sample or a performance requirement; we develop, bench-test and validate it, then hold the formula for you.

What we do not do is put our own brand on the same shelf as yours. Any consumer brand the company owns is sold in the Chinese domestic market only; we do not appoint distributors for it in Southeast Asia, and we will confirm that in writing in the OEM agreement.

Two pulse-pneumatic blenders

Fully automatic pulse-pneumatic blending: the additive package is dispersed by pressure pulses rather than a mechanical agitator, which shortens batch time and gives more repeatable homogeneity between batches.

1 L to 200 L

1 L, 4 L, 18 L, 20 L and 200 L, plus bulk. Your bottle, cap, carton and label artwork — we proof the file, print and label on the line.

Laboratory before shipment

Viscosity, viscosity index, flash point, pour point, copper corrosion, rust, demulsibility and oxidation stability are run per batch, plus a simulation test centre in Shanghai for bench work.

Documents

What arrives with the container

Commercial documents

  • Invoice, packing list and bill of lading set
  • Certificate of origin — including Form E for ASEAN where applicable
  • Fumigation-free declaration for wooden pallets

Technical documents

  • Batch certificate of analysis, per batch
  • Safety data sheet in English, GHS format
  • Product data sheet carrying your brand and part number
  • Approval letters (Denison, FLENDER) on request for tender packs

One thing to plan early. Registration and labelling rules for lubricants differ across Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand, and a SDS that satisfies one regulator may not satisfy another. Send us the destination country before the artwork is finalised, not after the drums are printed.

Commercial terms

What we need from you to quote

Five answers, and the quotation is usually a one-round conversation rather than five.

1 · Product

Grade, viscosity, standard or OEM approval. A competitor TDS works if you do not have a specification.

2 · Packing

Pack size, label language, carton or shrink-wrap, pallet pattern.

3 · Volume

First order and expected annual volume per SKU. Container load or LCL both work.

4 · Destination

Country and port. It decides the documents, the labelling and the freight basis.

5 · Brand

Who owns the trademark you want on the drum, and whether the artwork is already designed.

Then

We reply with price, MOQ for that grade and pack, lead time, and the specimen documents. No obligation to order.
