1. Acceptance

By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website; supply of goods is governed by the sales contract and the terms stated on our quotation and proforma invoice.

2. Information on this website

Product descriptions, technical data and typical values are provided for guidance only. Typical values are not a specification and may vary between batches within normal manufacturing tolerance. Binding specifications are those stated in the sales contract or the batch certificate of analysis. Nothing on this site constitutes a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; suitability for your application remains your responsibility, and we recommend confirming the grade with our technical team before ordering.

3. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are based on the specification and quantity stated in the inquiry, and exclude duties, taxes and any destination charges unless expressly included. Prices may be revised if base oil or additive costs move materially before order confirmation, or if the specification changes.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are accepted on receipt of a signed proforma invoice or purchase order and the agreed deposit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 30 % deposit with order and the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Title passes on receipt of full payment; risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.

5. Lead times and delivery

Lead times are estimates given in good faith from the date of deposit and artwork approval. Delays caused by force majeure, port congestion, carrier schedule changes or regulatory inspection do not constitute breach. Partial shipment may be made where a container cannot be completed, with the balance shipped at the earliest opportunity.

6. Inspection and claims

Buyers should inspect goods on arrival and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage or quality claim within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and the batch number. Claims relating to quality must allow us to inspect the goods or a retained sample. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the invoiced value of the affected goods; we are not liable for consequential loss, loss of profit or downtime.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, product photography and the Leitesti name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written consent. Where we manufacture under a customer's brand, the customer's trademarks remain the customer's property, and the customer warrants that it has the right to use them.

Third-party trademarks

Equipment brands, OEM specifications, product names and certification marks belonging to other companies appear on this site — for example Denison, FLENDER, Parker Hannifin, Siemens, SGS and API. Each of those marks is the property of its respective owner. We use them only descriptively, to state which approval a product holds, which standard a product has been tested against, or which equipment a product is intended for. Such use does not indicate any endorsement, sponsorship, certification or affiliation beyond the specific approval or test result named, and it grants you no right to use those marks. Where an approval number is quoted, the issuing body's own register is the authoritative record.

8. Confidentiality

Formulations, specifications and artwork supplied by a customer are treated as confidential and are not used for any other customer. We are willing to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before technical discussion.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Governing law

These terms and any contract arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation; failing that, by arbitration in Shenzhen in accordance with the rules of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, in English.

11. Contact
